Number of parcels sent to Kyrgyzstan from Russia increases by 91 percent

The number of parcels sent to Kyrgyzstan from Russia in the first two months of 2023 increased by 91 percent. Boxberry delivery service reported.

The volume of cargo transportation from Russia to Belarus in January-February increased by 30 percent compared to the same period last year, from Russia to Tajikistan — by 10 percent. Kyrgyzstan showed the largest increase — 91 percent more parcels were sent to the country than in the same period in 2022.

The companies CDEK, Pony Express, Boxberry and Dalli took part in the study of the logistics operator.

Among the most unusual deliveries in Russia in February were a hockey goal, and in Boxberry — a set of 400 socks and a rake. The most unusual cargo by February 23 was a tractor that was transported from Vologda to Dushanbe.
