It is planned to hold three auctions for the placement of state treasury bonds for 1.5 billion soms. At the same time, the income on them is determined in the amount of 5, 6 and 8 percent.
It is planned to sell state treasury bills with a maturity of 12 months for 120 million. Interest rates on them will be determined at the auction.
In January, the Ministry of Finance plans to attract 1,620 billion soms to the republican budget through the sale of securities. Preliminary volumes of the issue of government treasury bills and bonds are posted on the website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
The sale of government securities increases the domestic debt of the country. At the end of October 2022, it amounted to $1,027.48 billion (85,535.76 billion soms).
