Kyrgyzstani Azat Bakirov won a silver medal at the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship, which ended in Abu Dhabi. The Jiu-Jitsu Federation reported on Instagram.
He became the third among para-athletes.
Earlier, Isa Akhmedov took the second place, Zhyldyzbek Abylbekov — the third. Abdulloh Rakhmonov and Nurtilek Satybaldiev took the third places in their weight categories among athletes under 18 years old.
At least 1,500 athletes from 65 countries took part in the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship in Abu Dhabi.
