The head of Kylym Shamy human rights movement, Gulshaiyr Abdirasulova, addressed the president, the Cabinet of Ministers and the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to her, a young man from Otkroveniye association came to her with the idea of launching an alarm button in the country for girls and women, who could become victims of violence, kidnapping, and rape.
«The guys have an initial fund, there is a lack of political will and equipment for the police. Against the backdrop of endless facts of violence against girls, I ask you to pay attention to the civil initiative of the guys. I ask you to support them, give instructions, allocate a budget. Let one building for the State Committee for National Security not be built, but you will save the nation,» Gulshaiyr Abdirasulova noted.
