Kyrgyz Temir Zholu comments on allegations of theft

Information that the employees of Kyrgyz Temir Zholu state enterprise are involved in the theft of the railway line is not true. Press service of the enterprise reported.

The railway tracks are state property. Linara Mazunova has never been the owner of the section of a railway track.

«The woman rented a state-owned railway from 2017 to 2021. Cadastre state institution confirms that Linara Mazunova has registered ownership of a land plot without a building on the basis of a sale and purchase agreement. The document does not contain information about the railway track. After the end of the lease term, Linara Mazunova handed over the property in an unsatisfactory condition, therefore, Kyrgyz Temir Zholu filed a lawsuit to recover damages,» the state enterprise informed.

Earlier, the lawyer of businesswoman Linara Mazunova, Nina Zotova, stated that employees of Kyrgyz Temir Zholu state enterprise stole a railway line section. The lawyer suggested that the investigator did not open a criminal case because he was afraid of high-ranking officials of Kyrgyz Temir Zholu and State Property Fund.
