The Public-Private Partnership Center and NC Kyrgyz Temir Zholu state enterprise are looking for investors to build a resort within the framework of the PPP mechanism.
The main goal is to develop tourism potential, improve infrastructure, and provide the population with high-quality active recreation and leisure services, including employees of the state enterprise.
Kyrgyz Temir Zholu will provide interested parties with documents and show the designated land plot for construction on the territory of an unfinished sanatorium-preventorium located in Kosh-Kol village in Issyk-Kul region.
The total area of the site is 9.55 hectares, of which the territory allocated for construction is 6.5 hectares, the park and beach zone is 3.05 hectares.
