Permanent Representative of Kyrgyzstan to the UN and other international organizations in Geneva (Switzerland), Omar Sultanov, presented his credentials to the Director-General of the UN Office in Geneva Tatiana Valovaya. Press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
Omar Sultanov stressed that Kyrgyzstan highly appreciates the activities of the organization and attaches great importance to strengthening comprehensive cooperation with the UN, based on the principles of partnership and dialogue. He highlighted Kyrgyzstan’s priorities for promoting sustainable mountain development.
Tatiana Valovaya congratulated Omar Sultanov on his arrival in Geneva and wished him success in his activities, assuring that the UN would continue all-round cooperation with Kyrgyzstan.
