Kyrgyz Pochtasy OJSC issued a stamp in honor of the father of UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. Press service of the organization reported.
The head of Kyrgyz Pochtasy Marat Cherikchiev thanked the athlete for his contribution to the development of sports and added that his father «brought up a large number of titled athletes and the postage stamp should perpetuate the memory of him.»
The postage stamp was issued in the amount of 6,000 copies, one stamp costs 65 soms.
The UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov and a Russian blogger Hasbulla Magomedov (Hasbik) arrived at the Eagle Fighting Championship (EFC 49), which was held on August 10 in Bishkek.
