Control over the legality of stay of foreign citizens and their compliance with the requirements of migration legislation has been tightened in Russia. The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the Russian Federation reported.
The diplomatic mission asks citizens of Kyrgyzstan to strictly observe the legislation of Russia and remember about the inevitability of punishment for the crimes committed.
The Embassy urges compatriots not to use the services of intermediaries when obtaining official documents (passports, driver’s licenses) and other permits to stay in Russia (including the so-called «registration»).
It is also necessary to register at the actual place of residence within 30 days from the date of entry into the territory of Russia.
«Those who arrived in Russia after December 29, 2021 for the purpose of work must undergo mandatory state fingerprints registration procedure, photographing and medical examination within 30 days from the date of entry. In accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, in order to work, it is necessary to draw up an agreement with the employer. You should always carry identification documents (passport of a citizen of Kyrgyzstan) and a document confirming the right to stay in the Russian Federation (migration card, OMI / VHI certificates). Show respect for the authorities of the host country,» the diplomatic mission reminds.
