The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange notes that changes were made in the composition of the company’s shareholders on June 13, 2022. The State Property Management Fund transferred 98.46 percent of its shares in Dastan to the Ministry of Digital Development.
A month ago, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers signed a resolution on the transfer of state shares in several companies to the Ministry of Digital Development. The ministry also obtained ownership of Dastan TNC.
