Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers has instructed the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare translation into English of a number of normative legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the press service of the Government, the initiative will improve access of foreign investors to necessary and important information about the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and will have a positive impact on the investment attractiveness of the country.
The Code of Offences, the Criminal and Tax Codes, the laws on public-private partnership, on external migration and other legal acts in the field of investment will be translated into English.
After the documents are translated, the texts will be approved as an official translation recognized by the Cabinet.
