Free Legal Aid campaign has started in Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Justice reported.
According to the ministry, the purpose of the campaign is to provide legal assistance and inform the population about the provision of free legal advice under the law on state guaranteed legal aid.
Residents of the region turn to lawyers on various issues: registration of land plots and housing property, resolution of family disputes, filing appeals to courts and law enforcement agencies, inheritance disputes, legal documents, labor disputes, and etc.
The campaign will run through June 3. Lawyers and representatives of government agencies will provide legal assistance to residents of 30 villages in Issyk-Kul region.
