Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of Russia (Rosselkhoznadzor) has introduced a regime of enhanced laboratory control for the products made by Arashan company from Kyrgyzstan. Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor for Altai Territory reported.
According to the inspection data, undeclared preservative sorbic acid was found in the butter.

The regime of enhanced laboratory control is introduced in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on the unified procedure for inspection of facilities and sampling of goods (products) subject to veterinary control (supervision), approved by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission, and is an alternative measure to a complete restriction of the import of products.
