The Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek stated that during the investigation of the circumstances of the case, new criminal facts imputed to the accused were revealed. Based on the results of the established facts, in order to give an objective legal assessment, criminal cases were initiated under Articles 379 «Forgery of documents» and 378 «Illegal crossing of the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers accompanied by special forces soldiers came to Temirov Live office in Bishkek on January 22. They detained Bolot Temirov and took him to the capital’s Department of Internal Affairs.
