The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan instructed the Finance Ministry to increase the authorized capital of Heritage of Great Nomads Holding Company to 1 billion soms by 2022. The press service of the Ministry of Finance reported.
The ministry reminded that the company was established by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 10, 2021. At that time the authorized capital was 100 million soms. The founder of the holding is the Ministry of Finance.
«According to the charter, the main activity of the holding company is the effective management of legal entities, stakes in which are owned or managed by it. The company will be engaged in the development of mineral deposits of national importance and other deposits, geological exploration, encouragement of investment and innovation activities, introduction of new technologies and advanced management methods,» the statement reads.
The head of the holding is an external manager of Kumtor Tengiz Bolturuk.
