Heritage of Great Nomads National Holding will issue an additional volume of shares to increase its authorized capital by 7.1 billion soms. Website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange says.
The decision was made at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders. The holding intends to issue 71 million ordinary registered shares. The nominal value of each is 100 soms.
Heritage of Great Nomads National Holding was created in December 2021. The only founder is the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan, its director is Tengiz Bolturuk.
The holding manages all mining companies with a state share.
Initially, the authorized capital of the holding was 100 million soms. It was planned to bring it to 1 billion soms during 2022.
