Winter school break will begin in Kyrgyzstan on December 31 and will last until January 11, 2022. The Ministry of Education and Science reported.
The ministry added that there are no changes in the schedule of winter holidays for schoolchildren. The winter break will last 12 days, classes in the country’s educational institutions will resume on January 12, 2022.
Officials of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan earlier decided to change the date of the beginning of the academic year. Beginning of the school year has been postponed to September 15 on a permanent basis. It does not influence the dates of holidays for children, but the end of the school year is planned for June 9 instead of May 25.
