Agreement on supply of Kazakh coal from Shabyrkul open-pit mine signed

An agreement has been signed with importers of Kazakh coal from Shabyrkul open-pit mine to increase coal supplies. The State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The importing company undertakes to increase the volume of supplies to saturate the coal market in Bishkek and Chui region. In addition, its fuel depots will operate around the clock, seven days a week. The price per ton of solid fuel should not exceed 4,600 soms.

It will be possible to buy the coal in:

  • Shopokov — Sokuluk Baza ABK, Bereket CJSC;
  • Kaindy — 60th Anniversary of October Revolution St., 7;
  • Bishkek — Murmanskaya St., 1a;
  • Tokmak — Zhantaev St., 23;
  • Kant — Logvinenko St., 13.

«Within the framework of the agreement, the republic will receive 247 wagons of coal from Shabyrkul open-pit mine in the near future,» the state agency reported.
