Schoolchildren from Kyrgyzstan won three bronze medals at the 1st International Olympiad in Physics named after Ahmad Al-Farghani (IAFPhO 2021). Press service of the Ministry of Education and Science reported.
The Olympiad was held on November 8-13 in Fergana (Uzbekistan) in offline and online formats. Teams from 19 countries took part in it. Kyrgyzstan was represented by eight students. They participated in the Olympiad in an offline format.
According to the results of the Olympiad, 11th grade students Denis Saparbek uulu (Kadamdzhai), Niyaz Zhusupbekov (Jalal-Abad) and Bekali Gartman (Chui region) won bronze medals.
