Foreigners set up mining farm in Druzhba village

A mining farm has been detected in Druzhba village, Issyk-Ata district. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.

«It was found out in the course of operational and investigative measures that foreign citizens, under the guise of a greenhouse, set up a mining farm with installation of 2,500 units of the corresponding server equipment,» the statement says.

The State Committee for National Security is working to identify all persons involved in setting up the mining farm, and to calculate the possible damage to the energy sector, legality of import of server equipment into the country.
