Acting President, Speaker of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Talant Mamytov voted in early presidential elections and referendum to determine the form of government in the country.
Talant Mamytov voted at the polling station 1053 in Bishkek, located in the building of Belek cultural and entertainment center.
