The fact of appropriation of budgetary funds by officials of Dastan TNC OJSC and its subsidiary Ulan OJSC was revealed. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Employees of the company and its subsidiary entered into a fictitious contract for the purchase of special equipment ordered by one of the foreign countries.
«In May 2020, Dastan TNC OJSC signed a contract with a foreign country for $ 3 million, $ 695,000 of the sum were appropriated by the management of the corporation, which entered into a service agreement with a subsidiary Ulan OJSC. The management of Ulan OJSC entered into a fictitious contract with one of the LLCs for the supply of special equipment for 54 million soms. Subsequently, the money was appropriated by the director of Ulan OJSC,» the State Committee for National Security reported.
The state committee noted that the materials of the pre-trial proceedings were registered under the Article «Appropriation or embezzlement of entrusted property» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Director of Ulan OJSC was placed in the temporary detention facility of the State Committee for National Security.
According to open sources, the head of Ulan OJSC is Ruslan Zhampeishov.
