In the second half of April, the cost of diesel fuel may grow by 1-1.5 percent. The Association of Oil Traders of Kyrgyzstan reported.
According to it, growth of selling prices at refineries has resumed in the Russian market of petroleum products. The increase in the wholesale cost was caused by an increased demand for the fuel due to upcoming seasonal increase in its consumption. At the same time, there were prerequisites for a rise in prices at oil refineries, taking into account the dynamics of oil prices on the world market since the beginning of this year (an increase of $ 14 per barrel, or 26 percent).
«Taking into account the stocks of oil traders in the fuel and lubricants market of Kyrgyzstan, retail prices are expected to remain at the current level during the first half of April. In the second half of the month, the gasoline group will also remain at the current level with a possible increase in the cost of diesel fuel,» the association stressed.
