Residents of Klischino village in Russia do not have money to sue local authorities. A representative of the residents of the village Baarkan Aiylchieva told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, «The 100th kilometer» agency returned the money to the owners of 100 land plots, other 70 received plots in another district, 30 people think whether to return the money or exchange it for a land plot. There are also 280 owners, half of them are citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
«As it is known, eight houses are legal, and the fate of other 30 is not known, people live in 10 houses. Many do not have means to sue. And citizens of Kyrgyzstan are afraid that they may be deported from Russia after court proceedings. Owners of only four houses are preparing lawsuits against the district administration,» Baarkan Aiylchieva told.
Appeals to state bodies and authorities of Kyrgyzstan remained unanswered.
«We closely cooperate with the administration of Zaoksky district. We believe that the issue could be solved at the level of governments. Unfortunately, none of the state bodies of Kyrgyzstan is trying to take real measures to support compatriots,» says Baarkan Aiylchieva.
In December 2017, «The 100th kilometer» agency began sale of land in Klischino village in Zaoksky district of Tula Oblast. At least 400 people bought land, 40 of them built houses. All of them are migrants from Kyrgyzstan, half of whom have Russian citizenship. The migrants informally called the village Ala-Too-1.
On July 6, local deputies canceled Master Plan for the Development of the District for 2016, on the basis of which land for individual housing construction was allocated in Klischino.
The former ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia offered the Kyrgyzstanis who bought the plots in Klischino to apply to the judicial authorities of the Russian Federation.
