The state mortgage rate in Naryn will not exceed 40,000 soms per square meter. Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Mortgage Company of Kyrgyzstan Turatbek Dzhunushaliev told at a press conference.
According to him, the cost of a multi-storey house in Naryn for state employees is not too high.
«The price is the sum of the project cost based on calculations and site selection. The second aspect is the tender price. The actual price will be at the tender level. Unrecorded expenses may be added. There are many rumors spread about the house in Naryn that people will not be able to buy apartments. According to a government decree, the price of state mortgage should not exceed 40,000 soms per square meter. If there is an excess, the State Mortgage Company will incur losses,» Turatbek Dzhunushaliev explained.
He added that this was an affordable mortgage for residents of Naryn.
«We are the only company that conducts construction at government rates and estimates. We provide all housing turnkey. We will not be ashamed of quality,» Turatbek Dzhunushaliev assured.
Minur LLC has undertaken to build a five-story house in Naryn for 93,188.2 million soms. After making changes, the preliminary estimated cost of construction of the facility increased to 172,620.3 million soms.
An auditor of the State Mortgage Company revealed a number of irregularities in a house under construction in Naryn. Program participants refused housing due to the high cost and inconvenient planning of apartments.
