Three nine-story houses of the 105th series will be built in Karakol city. The public procurement portal reports.
According to it, the competition was announced by the Department of Construction and Engineering Infrastructure under the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services. It is planned to spend 298,498,630 soms on the construction. Two houses with 36 apartments and one with 27 apartments will be built.
The agency told 24.kg news agency that the houses would be built as part of an agreement on cooperation and interaction between the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services and the State Mortgage Company OJSC for the construction of residential buildings as part of the implementation of My Home housing program for 2021 −2026 years.
