A simplified mechanism for payment of balaga suyunchu allowance is being tested in Bishkek and Chui region of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development reported.
Applications for benefits are immediately sent from the State Registration Service to the Ministry of Labor without the participation of district and city offices. The pilot project will be tested in Sverdlovsk district of the capital, Sokuluk and Alamedin districts of Chui region until March 31.
«The funds will be sent to transit accounts through the information system of Kazna Central Treasury. Recipients will be able to cash out money in any branch of a bank chosen by them,» the ministry reported.
It believes that this will eliminate mechanical errors in drawing up an application, reduce the time of payment and optimize work process in issue of balaga suyunchu allowance.
Currently, applications are accepted at 444 points — the registry offices, Public Service Centers and information kiosks.
«Citizens can apply for balaga suyunchu directly when registering the birth of a child in the State Registration Service,» the Ministry of Labor added.
