Kyrgyzstan plans to increase allowances for lifelong disabled people from July 1

Kyrgyzstan plans to increase allowances for people with lifelong disabilities from July 1. The draft government decree was submitted for public discussion.

The document provides for increasing the amount of monthly social allowances for:

— Children with disabilities and children born by HIV / AIDS positive mothers from 3,000 to 4,000 soms;

— Persons with lifelong 1st group of disability from 3,000 to 4,000 soms;

— Persons with lifelong 2nd group of disability from 2,500 to 3,300 soms;

— Persons with lifelong 3rd group of disability from 2,000 to 2,700 soms.

It is noted that the budget for payment of state allowances in 2018 amounts to 7,950.2 billion soms.

The implementation of the proposed resolution will additionally require 19.7 million soms from the republican budget in 2018.
