Construction of a new Perinatal Center in Bishkek by the Turkish company Tek-Imas is on schedule. Press center of the Ministry of Health reported.
At least 35 percent of the work has been done: the reinforced concrete frame for a four-story building and basement, brickwork on all floors, roof installation works have been completed. Laying of the electric cable, hot and cold water supply pipes, sewage pipes, installation of heating and ventilation began. Facade works, installation and setting of glass in windows continue.
«A list and technical specifications for medical and non-medical equipment have been developed together with international experts. Preparations for a tender to equip the center with it are underway,» the Ministry of Health noted.
The Perinatal Center will be the first tertiary-level healthcare organization in Kyrgyzstan, built according to international standards and equipped with the latest equipment.
