Kyrgyzstanis win 11 medals at International Jiu-Jitsu Tournament

Kyrgyzstanis won 11 medals at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament. The International Jiu-Jitsu Federation reported.

On December 7, Kazakhstan National Pro competitions were held in Almaty. Athletes from Andorra, Brazil, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan participated in it. They were divided into a number of categories depending on age and level of training. Our fighters won four gold, four silver and three bronze medals.

The champions are Isa Akhmedov (boys, white belt, 73 kg) and Ruslan Sagdeev (men, blue belt, 110 kg). Dmitry Novikov won two gold medals — among men with a blue belt in the weight of 69 kg and up to 77 kg.

Erzhan Zaripov (boys, white belt, 55 kg), Diyaz Kerimbaev (men, white belt, 62 kg), Ruslan Sagdeyev (men, blue belt, over 77 kg) and Malika Bootaeva (women, white belt, 62 kg) took the second places.

Abdu-Muslim Sadykov (men, white belt, 62 kg), Bekbolot Tilenbaev (men, white belt, 69 kg) and Murtazali Murtazaliyev (men, brown belt, 85 kg) won bronze medals.
