Project of development of the western part of Bishkek was submitted for public discussion. The press service of the city administration reported.
The project was developed by the municipal enterprise Bishkekglavarhitektura, reviewed and approved by the city council of Bishkek on June 7, 2018.
«In accordance with the decision of the city council, the provision was finalized jointly with the State Design Institute for Urban Planning and Architecture, taking into account comments and suggestions,» the city administration said.
The project for the development of the area bounded by Sadygaliev, Kaynazarov, Dzhamgerchinov Streets and Den Xiaoping Avenue provides for construction of multi-storey residential buildings with integrated social and cultural facilities, organization of closed and semi-closed yards with guest parking lots and children’s playgrounds. Construction of three pre-school educational organizations for 220 children is planned.
