The State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic has chosen intersections where video surveillance cameras will be installed within the framework of Safe City project.
The cameras will appear at the intersection of Bokonbaev Street and Manas Avenue, Chui and Manas Avenues, Zhibek Zholu and Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard, Chui and Fuchik Street, Chui and Pavlov Street, Elebesov and Aul Streets, L. Tolstoy and Molodaya Gvardiya, L. Tolstoy and Bakaev Streets, Chui and Beychenalieva Street, Zhibek Zholu and Fuchik Street, Deng Xiaoping and B. Alykulov, Deng Xiaoping and Sadygaliev Streets, Chui and Molodaya Gvardiya, Zhibek Zholu and Manas Avenues, Bokonbaev and Molodaya Gvardiya, B.Alykulov and M. Omurakunov Streets, M.Gandi and Botaliev Streets , Akhunbaev and Tynaliev Streets.
At these intersections, the cameras will record passing to the prohibiting signal of the traffic light, entry into the oncoming lane, driving along the roadside, sidewalks or bicycle lane, along the lawns, crossing the stop line to the prohibiting signal of the traffic light, non-observance of the pedestrian crossing requirements, exceeding the set speed limit, non-observance of stop and parking rules.
In addition, the cameras will be installed at 61, 64, 71.5, 74.5, 78, 146.3, 149, 153, 154.3, 160 km of Bishkek-Osh road. As for Bishkek — Chaldovar route, cameras will be installed at 61.6, 66, 67.3, 74, 78.2 km. As for the road to Manas airport, the cameras will be at 9, 10.2, 13, 14.5, 22.5, 23, 27, 30 kilometers. On the Bishkek-Kordai highway, cameras will be installed in Leninskoe village, near the Lenin school, at the turn to Vasilyevka village, at the police post Dostuk of the Interior Department for Chui region.
The cameras will record the speeding and the entry into the oncoming lane.
