Сontracts with bus drivers will be terminated in Kyrgyzstan due to fatal traffic accidents. The Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Sapar Isakov signed the corresponding decree.
A contract will be terminated unilaterally when a driver of a bus commits a traffic accident that caused one or more deaths, or if three or more of its participants got different injuries, and the driver’s guilt was proved by a court.
This decree will come into effect 15 days after the date of its official publication.
