Andrey Voropaev repeatedly became the Director of Bishkek Heating and Power Plant. Electric Stations OJSC informed 24.kg news agency.
It is noted that Andrey Voropaev was appointed on February 2. Prior to that, he held the post of Deputy Chief Engineer at the HPP.
From 2003 to 2017, Andrey Voropaev had already been in charge of the Bishkek HPP.
Earlier, Electric Stations JSC reported that Omurkul uulu Nurlan was suspended from work till the end of investigation. Criminal case was initiated under Article 316 (Negligence) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on the fact of Bishkek HPP breakdown.
