Recall, a rally was held on October 29 in Talas. Its participants insisted that the head of state should apologize to the residents of the region. In their opinion, when he spoke in Bishkek on October 18 at the presentation of scholarships to the best students, he unfairly criticized the participants of the rally held in Talas on October 16.
