The civil movement will demand from the candidates for the highest political post, the Central Election Commission, law enforcement agencies to strictly observe the laws of the country.
«We will seek from all branches of power to strictly ensure the fundamental rights of citizens to peaceful assembly and freedom of speech written in the Constitution, which is extremely important at such a crucial moment as presidential elections,» the memorandum says.
«Be responsible for your votes, don’t treat elections indifferently or as an innocuous game. Do not forget that the consequences of our irresponsibility are drastic, they like a boomerang hit the well-being of each of us. Only fair elections open the way to prosperity,» activists believe.
