Zhenish Razakov was appointed secretary of the Security Council, replacing Temir Dzhumakadyrov, who was approved by the parliament vice prime minister for security issues in the Cabinet of Ministers.
President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree. Note, the parliament approved Sapar Isakov to the post of prime minister, as well as the composition and structure of the Cabinet.
