The CEC denied Sadyr Japarov’s registration as a presidential candidate. The decision was made today at its meeting.
According to the head of the CEC, Nurzhan Shayldabekova, the decision was made on the basis of official responses received from the state bodies.
Nine members of the Central Election Commission supported the proposal to deny registration as a presidential candidate to Sadyr Japarov. Three of them opposed it.
