The State Agency for Environment Protection and Forestry held tenders without a plan. The Chamber of Accounts revealed a number of violations.
Financial violations for 7 million soms were detected in 2015, 6.9 million soms of which are to be restored. At present, 4 million soms have been reimbursed. Reserves and budget losses amounted to 35.1 million soms, 34.1 million soms of which are subject to repayment.
The Chui-Bishkek-Talas local fund for environmental protection and development of the forestry sector has not drawn up bills for environmental pollution to 955 payers. As a result, the estimated loss of income amounted to 21.5 million soms.
The audit revealed that the territorial and subordinate units of the State Agency made purchases for 78.3 million in absence of an annual plan.
