The Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan has revealed numerous violations during the tender for the production of state registration number plates. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
Recall, the procuring entity was the State Enterprise Infocom under the State Registration Service (SRS).
Earlier, on February 17, the commission completed the application evaluation procedure and signed a protocol on the winner of the auction. It was the only participant — the Russian «Typografiya No. 2» LLC.
During the tender, VAT for imports at the expense of public funds for a total of 6,029,139 soms was illegally paid, and the cost of the purchased goods was increased by this amount.
The source noted that this became possible due to inadequate performance of functional duties by responsible officials of the state enterprise and lack of proper control over their activities by management.
