International reserves of Kyrgyzstan in past month increase by $ 14 million

For a month, despite the interventions of the National Bank, international reserves of Kyrgyzstan increased by 14 million. These data are presented by the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.

At the end of January 2017, the volume of reserves formed in the amount of $ 1, 983.07 billion. At the same time, in January, the National Bank held two interventions. It totally sold $ 17.65 million.

It should be noted that in December the volume of reserves began to increase for the first time in three months. It grew by 2.67 percent ($ 51.26 million). Most of the reserves accumulated in June and August 2016 — $ 2, 3.27 billion and $ 2,25.73 billion.
