Kyrgyzstan is leading the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in egg production. According to the Eurasian Economic Commission, egg production in the Kyrgyz Republic increased by 20.7 percent in the first four months of this year compared to the same period last year.
From January to April, the country produced 294.1 million eggs.
Kazakhstan follows Kyrgyzstan, also showing strong growth in egg production at 8.6 percent.
Overall, egg production across the EAEU increased by 2.6 percent during the reporting period.
