30 fast electric vehicle charging stations launched in 4 regions of Kyrgyzstan

The National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan OJSC has deployed a network of charging stations for electric vehicles in major settlements and along key roads across the country.

According to the company’s press service, the project aims to create convenient conditions for owners of eco-friendly transport in all regions and reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

A total of 30 fast-charging stations have been installed and commissioned in four regions of the republic. Each station has a capacity of 120 kilowatts, allowing vehicles to recharge in a short period of time.

Number of charging stations:

  • Chui region — 14 units
  • Naryn region — 8 units
  • Issyk-Kul region — 6 units
  • Talas region — 2 units

The company financed the project entirely from its own funds. The first charging points were installed along Bishkek—Torugart road. By the end of 2026, the National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan plans to expand the network to more than 100 charging stations across all regions of the country, including Jalal-Abad region.
