An earthquake with a magnitude of approximately 3.5 hit Kyrgyzstan. The Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences reported.
According to the institute, the tremors were recorded at 2:30 a.m. today, April 27.
The earthquake’s epicenter was located within the Kyrgyz Republic—21 kilometers southeast of the village of Korgon and 62 kilometers southeast of Batken.
The intensity of the tremors in the village of Korgon was approximately magnitude 2.5.
