In Jinan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baisalov held talks with Lin Wu, Secretary of the Communist Party of China’s Shandong Provincial Committee.
The parties reaffirmed the high level of strategic partnership between their countries. They discussed the development of interregional cooperation and emphasized the importance of strengthening direct ties between the regions of Kyrgyzstan and Shandong Province.
Edil Baisalov addressed the issue of intensifying practical cooperation, including the creation of new production facilities in Kyrgyzstan to support small and medium-sized businesses.
«Thanks to the high rates of socioeconomic growth achieved over the past five years, Kyrgyzstan is entering a new stage of development. Today, the country’s leadership has set the goal of mass adoption of modern technologies, the opening of export-oriented industrial facilities, and the creation of jobs for young people. The government is developing a number of new state programs and intends to actively build on the experience and cooperation with China,» Edil Baisalov said.
Lin Wu confirmed his readiness to facilitate the expansion of investment ties, the launch of industrial supply initiatives, and the intensification of humanitarian exchanges.
