Deputy Chyngyz Azhibaev resigned as First Deputy Speaker of the Zhogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan. Speaker of Parliament Marlen Mamataliev announced at a parliamentary session on February 26.
According to the Speaker, he is leaving of his own accord.
Azhibaev remains a member of Parliament.
