2.4 hectares of agricultural land returned to state in Jeti-Oguz district

The Jeti-Oguz district prosecutor’s office detected violations of land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

An inspection revealed that agricultural land plots totaling 2.4 hectares, located in Barskoon aiyl okmotu of Jeti-Oguz district, were illegally transferred to private ownership.

Following the prosecutor’s response, these plots of land were returned to state ownership. Their total value is 27,552 million soms.
