Exchanges of SCO countries will create a single platform for cooperation. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (KSE) reported.
The issue was discussed at the forum «Cooperation platforms between China — SCO commodity exchanges», held in Qingdao.
«Representatives of the SCO countries’ exchanges agreed to create a single platform for cooperation within the framework of Asia-Europe Exchange (AEE) initiative... KSE Head Aida Chodulova told about the main areas of activity, integration processes into the national and global economy, and also provided statistics on trading in the KSE’s commodity sector,» the statement says.
KSE, Pakistan Mercantile Exchange, Securities and Special Registration Agency, the Ministry of Finance of Tajikistan and the Kazakh commodity exchange Eurasian Trading System decided to join the AEEX platform to facilitate trading.
According to the forum participants, the new SCO exchange platform will assist commodity exchanges of various countries in jointly providing information on goods, matching supply and demand in the market, transaction coordination services, supply chain financing, warehousing and logistics, as well as holding economic and trade forums for economic development, trade and economic exchange of the SCO states.
