A capsule laying ceremony took place on October 17 at the construction site of Manas trade and logistics town in Chui region. 24.kg news agency found out who are the founders of the company responsible for the implementation of the project.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, the town will be built by Kyrgyz-Chinese Investment Holding. Its founders are Liu Yan, Liu Yu, Liu Lijian, Kairat Kerimbekov (director), Wang Di and Zhoro Mamatasan.
Liu Yan is a founder of two companies — Sinda Service (founders — Liu Yarong and Salir Maslyanov) and Suncheng. Liu Yarong is a founder and director of another company — Druzhba Dan — together with Do Yuntao;
Liu Yu is the founder of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Cultural Center for Tourism and Business Exchange LLC together with Xiao Zhenghua. Xiao Zhenghua is the founder and director of KitLider;
Wang Di is the founder of Erkin Energy (founders — Gulmira Karybek and Zhang Yuede) and Energy Consulting Group (founders — Zhang Yude, Kundus Kyrbasheva and Gulmira Karybek);
Zhoro Mamatasan is the founder and director of Sledopyt LLC.
On September 16, 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the agreement with Kyrgyz-Chinese Investment Holding LLC on an investment and construction project signed in 2023.
The Eurasian Trade and Logistics Complex project was renamed into Manas Trade and Logistics Town. The management company will own 51 percent, and the Cabinet of Ministers — 49 percent. Ten percent of the built residential complexes will be transferred to the state free of charge. The Alamedin district administration has been instructed to provide a plot of land in Leninskoye village with an area of 456.57 hectares for lease for 49 years.
