Unknown people shot at the national boxing team coach Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev in one of the capital’s boxing gyms, a law enforcement source told 24.kg news agency.
The shooting took place in one of the houses in Bishkek’s 7th microdistrict in the evening of October 10: one person was killed and two were wounded.
The source told that unknown people with machine guns burst into the boxing gym where Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev worked and opened fire on him and his assistants. As a result, Zhyldyzbek Niyazaliev was wounded, as well as his assistant. The attackers fled in an unknown direction. Interception plan has been announced in Bishkek.
According to the source, the boxing gym belongs to the world boxing champion, former member of the Parliament, Orzubek Nazarov.
It is known that Niyazaliev contacted the State Committee for National Security and asked to take action against an acquaintance, who had fraudulently taken possession of his land plot at Dordoi market. Then the security officers detained the well-known boxing referee, deputy chairman of the presidium of the panel of referees of the national boxing team Mukash Yrsaliev and placed him in a pretrial detention center.
